Choosing an In Home Care Assistance can be a daunting task. Asking the right questions will help put your mind at ease and reduce the stress of taking this leap. Below are a few questions that will assist you in determining we are the right company for you. What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicaid Fee For Service or Molina as a primary form of payment. If you do not have Medicaid Fee For Service, a Homemaker Waiver may be filled out through the State of Nevada Aging and Disability Division and submitted to our office.
Are you able to take patients to doctors appointments?
We do not transport patients and are unable to take patients outside of the primary care facility.
What is information is needed to get started?
To get started, you would first need to contact Medicaid Fee For Service or State of Nevada Aging and Disability Division (Homemaker waiver) and receive approval for PCA services. Once an approval has been received, contact us directly to schedule a consultation to move forward.
How long has A Novo Care LLC been in business?
We have been in business since 2015. We accept patients of all backgrounds and lifestyles as most of our care takers are bilingual! Our success has been built by providing the highest quality care to our clients.
Will my loved one have the same PCA all the time?
Yes your loved one will have the option to choose their PCA. They may choose one of our PCAs or A Novo Care LLC will train the person of their choice to be a registered PCA (a family member or relative).
If your regular PCA is sick or not available, we will provide another trained professional.
