About Us

A Novo Care LLC. is in the business of supporting people with disabilities, chronic illnesses and injuries to live as independently as possible at home and in their communities.

Our agency is committed to providing its services in the highest ethical standard, while at the same time being sensitive to the individual needs of each clientele. Personal Care Assistants (PCA) Services is a type of non-medical health care that enables people to live independently within their homes and stay in their community.  PCA services are available to clients with disabilities of all ages, the elderly (over age 65), and to clients with chronic health conditions.

What are Personal Care Assistants?

Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) provide personal care and perform household duties in the home. You can arrange for services through Medicaid Fee For Service or Nevada Aging and Disability Divisions for their homemaker waiver program.

Examples of the types of activities a PCA can assist with are:

-   Bathing, dressing, and toileting
-   Grooming (for example, brushing your hair) and hygiene (brushing your teeth)
-   Moving from your bed to a chair, or from your chair to a walker
-   Walking, or using a walker or wheelchair
-   Accompanying you to doctor’s appointments (we do not provide transportation)
-   Light housekeeping including sweeping, dusting, and changing bed linens
-   Cleaning your kitchen and bathroom
-   Laundry, in your home or at a laundromat
-   Shopping and preparing meals
